New Year

The last couple of weeks I have enjoyed putting the kids to bed and putting on a Hallmark Christmas movie to relax. If your wondering, yes I am watching one while I write this post! LOL

Even though we are celebrating, eating all the yummy food and spending all our spare time that isn’t dedicated to shopping for the most perfect gift, with our friends and family, the new year and new goals are right around the corner.

I have spent the last week or so being under the weather and luckily stumbled upon a Youtube Chanel that has a series of helping you to set and hit your goals. As you know I have been following Andy Frisella and his 75 Hard program and during the last year of 75 Hard and recently watching this series I am excited to set new goals in 2022.

I feel like I have always been focused on Health and fitness resolutions/ goals at the beginning of the year but this year it is going to be more than that. Yes there will still be health and fitness goals but also some goals for this blog and the future of my family.

I want to encourage you to go check out Andy Frisella and his 75 Hard Mental Toughness program and Angie Bellemare Vlogs “Daily Grind’ playlist on Youtube. Between these two guidelines I believe you will be able to set up some awesome goals and hit them! As I’m learning it is all about the routine and the habits you create.

What are some of your goals you’d like to see achieve next year?

  • I want to work out before my kids get up, start a cook with me video series, and do a weekly craft with the kids.

Also what is your favorite Christmas movie? Hallmark or not

  • Other than the Hallmark movies, Our thanksgiving day tradition is to watch Elf. I love Eloise at Christmas, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, Christmas with the Kranks, The Santa Claus series, How the Grinch Stole Christmas (animated), The Grinch, Toy Story: The Time Forgot, and you can’t forget Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Hi! My name is Ashley and I am a wife of almost 10 years and a mom of Irish twins Daisy (3) and Brady (2). I grew up in a small town and after college moved back to marry my Husband, Corey. I am not perfect at anything I do and will be the first to tell you I struggle with balancing life on the daily. Cooking and Baking are were I feel like I shine, but I enjoy learning and trying all the things.
