How Are You Doing?

Hey there! I just wanted to check in on you, yes you reading this, and see how you were.

This time of year can be stressful in so many ways and we all need someone in our corner to check on us and just give us a hug!

I struggle, surprisingly, finding the joy of the season, because the one person I want to share it with works 9 million hours in 10 weeks and can’t be there to spread the good cheer! So I have to find it for me!

I know that my struggle is a drop in the bucket compared to others. But there are a lot more things I am struggling with this season. Two of them being that my Uncle and Grandmother passed away less than a month apart and they won’t be here to see my Kids grow up much less celebrate the holiday season with.

The point of all of my belly aching is to tell you that no matter what your are struggling with this season, I see you! Your struggle is real and you don’t need to let anyone take it away from you!

There was a verse that was brought to my attention and it talked about seasons, new life death etc. So, just remember that what you are going through is a season of a bigger picture.

Be sure to check in on those you haven’t heard from in awhile and make sure they don’t just need a hug or even a hug in a cup. AKA Hot Chocolate, with marshmallows of course.

Go be the light in someone’s day!

If I can send some good vibes or better yet say a prayer for you please let me know, there is a comment section and I will be sure to pray for you!

Hi! My name is Ashley and I am a wife of almost 10 years and a mom of Irish twins Daisy (3) and Brady (2). I grew up in a small town and after college moved back to marry my Husband, Corey. I am not perfect at anything I do and will be the first to tell you I struggle with balancing life on the daily. Cooking and Baking are were I feel like I shine, but I enjoy learning and trying all the things.
